Less talking and an timebuzzer works better for me.
I first tried yoga 25 years ago but it eventually fizzled out. Over the years I’ve tried to get into it but haven’t really managed to muster the enthusiasm or motivation to stay the course. Since finding your channel I now look forward to doing a morning session two or three times a week and know that this is for keeps. Apart from being a great teacher you’re also my age and know what it’s like to get older plus your knowledge of what happens in the body with each stretch/position/asana is awesome. I try and work my way through your videos slowly, doing each one a few times to familiarize myself with the positions and that works well for me. There really is no better way to start the day. I’ve said it before but thanks again, Jackie. Much appreciate what you do.
