  1. Dear Emi, I have tried the first two workouts but already have knee pain. Can you introduce some exercises which can be performed by those who suffer from degenerative knee joints and are overweight?

  2. Been doing this for less than a week but already enjoying it. Thanks a lot Emi and your Mom for making this both fun and achievable. My left knee has a slight pain which started only last month. I am 74 and knee pain could be part of life’s wear and tear. I think this exercise is doing good not only for my self esteem but for my knee as well. Keep up the good work!!!

  8. i’ve been doing this routine twice daily for the past month and the progress has really shown. my girlfriend has never been more satisfied with me, and I can even go two or three times in a row without getting winded while making love! both me and my girlfriend cant thank you enough emi!

  10. i’m starting this, age 21, 58kg, and I have major hip and knees problems.
    day 1: 21/1-23
    day 2: i felt more burn today, was sweating and out of breath. (haven’t worked out in ages due depression)

  11. T Y. All these other tapes and workout gyms for seniors go way too fast for me. I’m 65 years old and I just am not able to keep up with them, but this video that you have just look so easy and I’ll be starting that tomorrow thank you. And you’re such a good daughter to help your mom

Thanks emi my mamma really loves your workout and she already have losed 10kgs of her weight and now she is almost 80… Also guys this isnt just the workout you also needa be on a healthy diet..My mamma never knew she would be doing the workouts ever without the joint pain but then i made her do this workout and also the other one which had both u and aunt wong…She loves it and guess?? She is doing this RIGHT NAWWW!!! <<<<3
