Been doing this for less than a week but already enjoying it. Thanks a lot Emi and your Mom for making this both fun and achievable. My left knee has a slight pain which started only last month. I am 74 and knee pain could be part of life’s wear and tear. I think this exercise is doing good not only for my self esteem but for my knee as well. Keep up the good work!!!

i’ve been doing this routine twice daily for the past month and the progress has really shown. my girlfriend has never been more satisfied with me, and I can even go two or three times in a row without getting winded while making love! both me and my girlfriend cant thank you enough emi!

No matter how much you exercise, age related processes do set I due to heredity. But delayed.
Joint-friendly fitness is better for the joints than is smoking a joint for painful joints.
