  1. Is tahini a good source of omega 3 oil and what about refrigerated Kim chi for pro-biotics and does collagen work just as well for women who are past menopause?

  2. It is noticeable to see YouTube dermatologists & "health care experts" look cosmetically altered because of professional visits to plastic surgeons & derm treatments.

  3. @DoctorYoun will these supplements help for someone who has a connective tissue disorder or will I be throwing my money away?

  4. I love you but if vitamin work so great. You look like you have had work done . So having trouble understanding.

  5. Collagen supplements absolutely work. I saw a visible difference in my skin after a month of taking them and my knees stopped aching as well!

  6. I was struggling with irregular periods, but after using Gynae Kalp, I’ve seen a huge improvement. Highly recommend!

  7. I am 76 n have very few wrinkles. People keep asking what I do to have healthy n youthful looking skin. I wear sunscreen over my moisturizer, I swim twice a week, I eat low carb n zero sugar, I exfoliate twice weekly, take all the vits n supplementa suggested above plus spirulina tabs every day. Will start taking collagen too..

  8. Im 20 I look about 30. My skin is like a 20 year olds. I would say my diet played such a huge role. I lived eating no junk food, high quality protein, greens and training hard. I have also laughed a lot, followed my heart and felt very happy

  9. He talks about a ozempic face but yet sells his own collagen to make money according to many people! Greetings from Australia 🇦🇺

  10. Dr. Collagen supplements make the joints in my hand swell and over time make the joint not want to move and causes pain. Every powder Collegen I’ve taken has done this to me. I really want to take that supplement. Please advise or tell me how I can get some help with this issue? Thanks for your content. I love it!

  11. I just want less wrinkles in my aging years.
🧔🏾‍♂️This supplement will brighten my skin 😳❓What kind of curse is that? To hell with any product that does that 💩.

  12. You look so young Doc, what’s your routine? Great tips! Resveratrol + Hyaluronic acid = deadly combination for a youthful look

  13. As an Alaska Native female retiree, I recently started watching "health related" channels. Thankfully, us Native women don’t get wrinkles faster or as earlier as less melanin gifted women. Our brown skin prevents us from getting wrinkles as much. I did not get wrinkles until my 70s. Because of the hardiness of my people, my body is accustomed to hard work. Starting from my 20s, I began years of exercise & healthier eating. No trans fats, no sugar, lower salt & no highly processed foods. Positive attitude is key to a healthier life. Our traditional healers treat the Spirit 1st because it affects health. Mind/Body/Spirit balance. It is noticeable to witness the affects of the Western Diet on our Indigenous people. Younger generations have diabetes, obesity, & cancer now. Thankfully, as an older woman of 75 y.o., I grew up eating wild game, seafood, wild plants & wild berries. Some of our wild plants/roots are medicinal. Our wild plants, wild berries are more nutritious than supermarket foods. Our wild game fats are more nutritious. ~~~ My worldview is Indigenous. More holistic. As a bilingual woman since a child, it allowed me to do well in English, math, etc. classes after I learned English in grade school. College was easier because of being bilingual. However, it exhausts our Indigenous souls to be in Euro-centric schools. Pedagogy is so Euro-centric. ~~~ From my 20s, I DECIDED that I was going to do what I want regardless of age. Too many people think old. I returned to college in my 50s to finally achieve life long goal of graduating from college. Graduated at age 62. Bilingualism & 2 worldviews helped me realize that I automatically think in 2 languages everyday: Native language & English. BTW, English proficiency is not synonymous to intelligence. ~~~ I ate wild game mostly as a youth. It helps us to stay healthier. I would suffer as a vegetarian. I notice Western Cultures are obsessed with external & superficial beauty. Fake tans, fake breasts, fake plumped lips (look ridiculous), etc. I noticed in college that classes had no soul & even in philosophy. Psychology is of course Euro-centric. ~~~ Please realize that there is no homogeneous diet for people of the world. "A variant of the CPT1A gene associated with a partial loss of function (known as the Arctic variant) is highly prevalent among Indigenous Arctic peoples of Alaska, Canada, Greenland, and northeast Siberia" … based on beneficial health effects of the variant in combination with a traditional subsistence diet … In spite of clear evidence of likely beneficial effects of the Arctic variant, the partial loss of CPT1A activity associated with the variant results in a significant impairment in the ability of infants and young children to utilize fatty acids for ketone and energy production when fasting … Nonetheless, most children homozygous for the Arctic variant never develop any symptoms." https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10725401/

  14. Centrum … Really …….the first ingredient in it is calcium carbonate – lime stone rock , and the last time i looked at that vitamin it had alot of synthetic s in it …..go to a reputable health food store to get your vitamins …

  15. I’m using collagen since 6 month, my nails are still not hard, my hair is still not ok, nothing changed. It was not helpful at all! I took 20 g Collagen daily btw

  16. Since collagen is broken down before forming into collagen again, wouldn’t protein powder deliver the same results? Please respond 🙏

  17. Wow, Dr. Youn’s brand Omega 3. has tocotrienols…that’s awesome!…Iv’e never seen that before! Don’t take the green bottle in the picture on his thumbnail, they use seed oils

  18. I’ve been using NewYou Essentials Collagen for 3 months now, and I can see a huge difference in my skin! It’s smoother, brighter, and more radiant than ever.

  19. Hi what is the amount of vitamin A I should take with multi vitamin I’m a 43 year old woman. Thank you

  20. I can’t believe you are recommending people to be taking Centrum as we all learned 45 years ago that Centrum is a synthetic and not a natural supplement period I used to take that in the 80s and then I went to medical school and then I learned the difference between natural and synthetic vitamins. You can learn anything you want about supplements cookware herbs and vitamins from the book called prescription for nutritional healing by Dr Balch I have been giving copies of that book to everyone for 40 years.

  21. Hi, does it have to be Hydrolyzed Marine Collagen Peptides? Could it be Bovine as well? Does anyone know?

  22. I am taking marine ( Harvest) collagen. is that okay to continue or change to hydrolysed collagen

  23. Love all these tips, just remember hydrolyzed collagen is preferred as absorbs best. Would love to know thoughts on olive oil daily.?
