Clean eating basically not eating hyper-processed food
My problem has always been that EGGS are always a part of the equation. I absolutely despise them and will never eat eggs, no matter how they are cooked. They make me gag. Yet, 95% of breakfast recipes are eggs.
I cook one cup of quinoa and eat it all week in my salads. Also hard boiled eggs
So is it true if you eat cleaner you feel better mentally too? Ive always had a bad diet and suffer with low mood and energy. Guess i have myself to blame . 40 now so Im going to start looking after my body as you only get one. If anyone has had a really bad diet and swapped to a cleaner diet could ket me know how they felt if you have time . I would appreciate the guidance or advice I honestly would ππ
English cucumbers are great to use. Also i get my chicken from the salad bar at ShopRite i am too lazy to prepare.

Just found your video and I love this easy day of meals. I love quinoa and sweet peppers. I don’t eat oats because I have allergies but I will definitely do the lunch and dinners. Will search your videos for breakfasts I can eat that are Gluten free, oat and corn free.

I cut the dinner by half, and add the half to the salad and make that dinner.

I started eating whole foods naturally about a month ago. Realistically anything that is naturally created (taken from the ground or tree) you can eat. Any and all meats, and avoiding things that take time for humans to create like butter, bread, pasta soda etc… Stuff that isnt ready to eat. Sure, you dont have to be perfect. My god it works wonders. Im a big eater and as long as you find substitution for bread and pasta you can pig out without going over like 500 cals
