  1. Well don’t take this the wrong way not a fruit loop But you look incredibly young for your age. I mean you look like you’re in your 30s and you’re 59. More straight guys should be watching these videos especially older guys if they want to date younger women. I wish I looked that good at my age. It would make it a hell of a lot easier to date younger women.I mean you are 59 years old if you were a straight man you could date a 20-year-old woman and nobody would think anything of it.

  2. I’m 67 years old I don’t have wrinkles and no sagging skin either. Skin problems people eat too much sugar junk food and smoking, refine food and trans fat and that damage collagen and cause premature aging of the skin. Taking supplements don’t help is a waste of time and money.

  3. Eat a good diet, multis are mega doses, not to mention they’re usually synthetic, and often contain things like pyridoxine form of B6.

  4. I would value your input and knowledge. We are trying our best to get what we need from food , seeds , nuts. Are any of these you mentioned not able to get enough from food? Also I have been looking into diatomaceous earth as a possible substitute for collagen powders as it contains 80% silica. Your thoughts?

  5. Bone Broth/Collagen/meditation, breathework, hylarounic acid supplements, gallon water a day, carrot ginger turmeric shot once a day

  6. I take all this plus Astaxanthin— have you tried it Chris? It’s a wonderful supplement for my skin, I’ve been taking it for over 10 years. I don’t know why more influencers don’t talk about this. Scientific studies show how protective this is for skin.

  7. I take a Cod Liver Oil pill 💊 every morning when I wake up (Spring Valley Brand) What’s the best Zinc brand pill 💊 to take????? If spring valley isn’t good?

  8. I have taken collagen for several years. It really helps my joints. But I didn’t notice a big change in my face until I added liquid silica and Phytoceramides at about the same time. The lines across my forehead have softened, my nasolabial lines have softened, and my jowls have lifted.

  9. I take 1000 mg of Krill oil which delivers Omega 3s and Astaxanthin, 1000 mg of vitamin C with zinc, 5000 IUs/125mg of D3 with 100 mcg of K2, 2500 mg of B12, 1000 mg of magnesium and a probiotic. 65 yo. No meds, no pain killers. Skin and hair in very good condition. Thinking of CoQ10. On the fence with Collagen. I can taste the “flavorless” powder as it alters the taste of my morning coffee. Tried tablets but the brand Youtheory suggests 6 tablets a day and well…a bit much for my liking and really didn’t notice any benefit. Haven’t embraced morning smoothies (yet) where the powder would be less noticeable. Prefer eggs for breakfast, or steel cut oats (or Cheerios) with blueberries. 😊

  10. I have been taking Collagen powder every morning for almost 3 months and does work! Has helped my joints, nails that I can tell so far.

  11. I can’t take collagen.
    Or bone broth.
I was told creatine is similar anti aging supplement. Is that true?

  12. Chris I am extremely proud of you. I bought same collagen peptide u r taking I have noticed significant improve.

  13. Thank you for your advice. Can you please recommend something for hair loss and how to prevent to become grey?

  14. What do you think about the combination of DMAE with l-Carnosine and L-Carnitine?
I heard these doctors talking about how all the people in Palm Springs and done place in FL are known for looking very young using these 3 supplement combinations. I think one og the doctors that I heard speak is the one who is involved in Life Extension brand? I’ve been taking this combination for a few years and I tend to have pretty good skin and I do a bunch of other things including vital proteins with the hyaluronic acid and vitamin C combination. I’ve been doing that for a number of years. I have a whole consistent group of vitamins I take and astaxanthin is something I knew I should be taking and I was planning to start getting it and I forgot, so I’ll add that to my repertoire. What do you think about this combination with the DMAE the carnosine and the carnitine? I stopped taking it for a while and I don’t know if I could tell the difference because I was still drinking alcohol when I stop taking it and I stopped drinking alcohol over a year-and-a-half ago, BUT, let me tell you if any of your viewers read my comment, NOTHING will make your face and skin look better and start it to age backwards than cutting alcohol out of your diet. It’s incredible I’m 54 and I’m going backwards in years bu at least five to seven years by the way my face looks since I stopped having alcohol in my diet completely. Of course when I say nothing I know cutting sugar is a miraculous change produced but of course that’s what cutting alcohol is a big deal because it’s also filled with sugar amidst other things.

  15. Chris could you please answer this, if I take the woman’s multi do I still need to take extra e, a, zinc, etc? I take Vital Proteins (on sale Prime 10-11👍👍👍I want CQ10, Resveratrol, so would the multi you recommend be enough adding the extras not included?
    Thanks Chris👍👍👍👍👍

  16. Other wellness and longevity bloggers and doctors say that data on resveratol ( sorry, if I butchered it) is not sufficient on the issue of benefits, but there is some data that it can be even harmful.

  17. I switched my collagen over to Vital Proteins a moth ago. This is far superior from the other collagen I was taking for the past year! Thank You Chris for turning me onto this !
    KQ 10 is a must….

  18. How are you 59? I don’t buy that really. You speak like you’re 30, you look like you’re 30, you act like you’re 30. At most you’re 40.

  19. It is hard to find plant-based collagen supplements. At least where I am. I see them on Amazon but I cannot use here.. Any suggestions? They are all marine and bovine
