  3. I incorporate strength training on TUES-THURS- SAT plus 1.5 mile walk on my treadmill and Pilates.

    On M-W-F I do 3 miles on just CARDIO only days. Plus my Pilates. And do 250 steps on my mini stepper.

    Sundays I just have an active rest day and chill and do Pilates stretches for flexibility and mobility, to get ready for the upcoming pump for the week ✨ this has worked for me for a couple of weeks now and I feel stronger everyday

    P.S. DONT SLEEP ON PILATES! It helps with core strength and other things ✨

  5. How about for people with hypothyroidism? Since Ive had it, my upper body is so bulky and ive been made fun of how big i am. What can i do to lose upperbody fat without bulking?

  11. I love your advice Im a little over weight now because I stopped working out with hand weights at home but I had a female six pack toned body with 1/2 an hour a day work out so your definitely right ❤
